Imam Hasan Foundation is a Shia Muslim charity dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for worship, religious education and community life, rooted in the teachings of the Holy Qur’an and the Ahlulbayt (as).
A growing Shia Muslim community in Surrey
Established in May 2023, Imam Hasan Foundation serves Muslims across Surrey through regular religious programmes, gatherings and opportunities for people of all ages to deepen their connection with Islam and the Ahlulbayt (as).
Our community includes families, young people, children and elderly members. We aim to provide a welcoming environment in which faith is practised, knowledge is shared and younger generations remain connected to their religious identity.
Our Resident Alim
Imam Hasan Foundation is led by Molana Dr. Syed Abbas Naqvi, who serves as Chairman and Resident Alim of the Foundation. He provides religious guidance and leads the Foundation’s programmes and services to the community.

Majalis and religious gatherings commemorating and learning from the Ahlulbayt (as).
Muharram
Programmes remembering the sacrifice of Imam Husayn (as) and the martyrs of Karbala.
Ramadan
Religious programmes and gatherings throughout the blessed month of Ramadan.
Wiladat & Shahadat
Commemorating the births and martyrdom anniversaries of the Ahlulbayt (as).
